| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá testováním několika vybraných e-shopů pomocí třech různých metod použitelnosti, které je doplněné o analýzu a zhodnocení on-page SEO faktorů e-shopů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stručným úvodem do internetového marketingu a popisem metod hodnocení webů. Detailně je v této části práce popsána problematika SEO a rozbor konkrétních pravidel použitelnosti. Empirická část práce je zpracována ve formě výzkumné zprávy. Pro vybrané e-shopy je nejprve vytvořen SEO audit on-page prvků webů. Následné testování použitelnosti využívá vzájemně se doplňující metody: pětisekundový test modifikovaný pro využití oční kamery, uživatelské testování dle Kruga a heuristické testování. Na závěr výzkumu jsou shrnuty nejkritičtější problémy s návrhem na jejich odstranění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on testing several selected e-commerce projects with three different methods of usability testing. The analysis is also supplemented with the evaluation of the website's corresponding SEO on-page factors. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a brief introduction into internet marketing, with the focus on describing different methods for website evaluation. It also contains detailed description of SEO mechanics with regards to usability rules. The practical part is composed as a study report with practical testing. Selected e-shops are first subdued to SEO on-page audit. Next applied are complementary methods for usability testing: five second test modified for eye tracking, user testing by Steve Krug and heuristic testing. The conclusion contains a summarisation of the most critical problems in website's design and propositions for correcting them. |
