| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zájmovým území obce Zruč Senec v souvislostech územního plánování. V práci se snaží autor nahlížet na území nejen územním plánem, ale i daty statistickými a prostorovými. Posledním pohledem je terénní znalost a rozhovory s místními, především se starostou obce o problémech v území. Cílem práce je shromáždění relevantních dat a návrh trendu vývoje obce, který by mohl v rámci aktualizace územního plánu sloužit jako jeden z podkladů. V rámci prostorových dat a problému v obci je na příslušných úřadech jejich náprava nebo odstranění problémů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with an interest area of the village Zruč - Senec in the context of spatial planning. The author tries to look at the interest area not only by the spatial plan, but also by the statistical and spatial data. The last point of view is the field knowledge and interviews with the locals, specifically with the mayor of the municipality about the problems in the area. The aim of the work is to gather relevant data and to propose a trend of municipal development, which could serve as one of the documents in the framework of the upda-ting of the spatial plan. In regards to the area and its problems it is up to the authorities to propose a remedy plan or troubleshooting. |
