Abstract: Nanoprášky ZnO codopované Al a Cd boli syntetizované termálnou decomposíciou a boli charakterizované za pomoci XRD. Namerané optické vlastnosti poukazujú na band gap o velkosti 3.23-3.12eV. Hydrogenáciou ZnO sme boli schopný stabilizovať magntickú fázu čo bolo aj potvrdené DFT výpočtami.
Abstract in different language: The nanopowders of ZnO coded Al and Cd were synthesized by thermal decomposition and were characterized by XRD. The measured optical properties point to a band gap of 3.23-3.12eV. By the hydrogenation of ZnO, we were able to stabilize the magnifying phase as confirmed by DFT calculations.
