| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá legislativními změnami v oblasti účetnictví a daní a jejich dopadem na podnikatelské subjekty v České republice. V první části je popsán daňový systém ČR a provedeno stručné porovnání s daňovými systémy Spolkové republiky Německo, Polska, Rakouska a Slovenska. Byla provedena deskripce vývoje legislativy v oblasti účetnictví a daní a u nejvýznamnějších změn popsány jejich dopady. Součástí práce je vyčíslení dopadu některých legislativních změn ve vybraných zdaňovacích obdobích u fyzické osoby s vyhodnocením nejvýhodnější varianty z hlediska konečné daňové povinnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with legislative changes in the fields of accounting and taxation and their impact on business entities in the Czech Republic. In the first part, the Czech tax system is described and a brief comparison with the tax systems of the Federal Republic of Germany, Poland, Austria and Slovakia is drawn. A description of the development in accounting and taxation legislation is made and the impacts of the most significant changes are defined. Part of the thesis is the impact quantification of some legislative changes in selected tax periods on natural person, with the evaluation of the most favourable option from the final tax liability point of view. |
