| Abstract: | Tato práce analyzuje rozvojovou politiku Chile a Mexika na základě teoretického konceptu "nového donora" v mezinárodním rozvoji. V textu jsou nejprve představena vybraná společná kritéria nových donorů, která jsou následně aplikována jako analytický rámec na rozvojovou politiku Chile a Mexika, zejména pak na její strategickou formulaci a realizaci. Samotná analýza se zaměřuje na to, do jaké míry rozvojová politika těchto států odpovídá představeným kritériím nového donora s důrazem na podobnosti a odlišnosti oproti "tradičnímu" rozvojovému modelu, který reprezentuje DAC OECD. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this thesis is to analyse development policies of Chile and Mexico from the perspective of the theoretical concept of "new donors" in the international development. This work firstly presents selected common characteristics of new donors, which are afterwards used as an analytical framework for the development policy, namely its strategic formulation and practical realisation, of Chile and Mexico. The analysis itself focuses on whether there are clear indications of compliance with said characteristics with additional focus on differences and similarities between the "traditional" developmental model, represented by the policies of DAC OECD. |
