| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s amyotrofickou laterální sklerózou v terminálním stádiu onemocnění. Teoretická část přináší základní informace o motoneuronech a zabývá problematikou amyotrofické laterální sklerózy z hlediska jejich vzniku, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky, léčby a ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s amyotrofickou laterální sklerózou v odlišné progresi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This essay deals with a problematic of nursing care of pacients with amyotrofic lateral sclerosis in progress phase. The theoretical part contains basic information of motor neuron and deals with amyotrofic lateral sclerosis in terms of development, clinical symptoms, treatment and nursing care management. The practical part is focused to the nursing care of pacients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in different progress. |
