| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Transplantace ledvin a její vliv na kvalitu života" je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitolu o anatomii a fyziologii ledvin, dále pak kapitoly popisující selhání ledvin, dialyzační léčbu, transplantaci ledvin, ošetřovatelskou péči zaměřenou na potransplantační období a dále taky stručnou kapitolu o kvalitě života. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem, který zkoumá kvalitu života pacientů před transplantací ledvin a po ní. Výstupem mé práce bude edukační materiál o transplantaci ledvin a životě po ní zaměřený na pacienty čekající na transplantaci ledvin. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis on subject "Quality of life after kidney transplantation " is split to two parts : part theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains chapter on anatomy and physiology of kidneys, next chapters describe kidney failure, dialysis treatment, kidney transplantation, nursing plan focused on post-transplantation period and also brief chapter on quality of life. The practical part is made up of quantitative research which is studying quality of life of patients before and after transplantation. Outcome of my work will be educational material about kidney transplantation and life after it. This material is primarily focused on patients waiting on transplantation. |
