| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metodik štíhlé výroby v konkrétní elektrotechnické společnosti. Jedná se tedy o využití metod používaných k optimalizaci procesů přímo v praxi. V úvodních dvou částech jsou popsány metody využívané ve firmě BRUSH, historie této firmy a výrobní portfolio. Ve třetí části je řešen reálný problém ve společnosti a následná optimalizace. Výstupem a závěrečnou částí je zhodnocení a vyčíslení nákladů, přínosů a celkový zisk. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on the application of lean manufacturing methods in a particural electrical engineering company. These involve the methods used to optimise processes directly in practice. The first two parts describe the methods used by BRUSH, the history of this company and the product portfolio. The third part deals with the real problem in the company and the follow-up optimisation. The output of this thesis and its final section are the evaluation and quantification of costs, benefits and overall profit. |
