| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Vliv okolí na konkrétní podnik. Hlavním cílem této práce je vypracování analýzy okolí zvoleného podniku STAVBA Plzeň s.r.o. a zhodnocení výsledků včetně formulace doporučení pro udržení konkurence schopnosti na stavebním trhu ve vazbě na zjištěné výsledky. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým vymezením základních pojmů týkajících se podniku, jeho okolí a charakteristikou jednotlivých faktorů prostředí ovlivňující činnost podniku. Druhá část obsahuje teoretický popis PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole lze nalézt podrobnosti o podniku. Následující části práce jsou věnovány praktickému aplikování analýz okolí podniku prostřednictvím vybraných metod. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byl vytvořen návrh doporučení, který by měl vést k udržení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Influence of surroundings on a specific company. The main goal of this work is to elaborate on analysis of the surroundings of a specific company STAVBA Plzeň s.r.o. and to evaluate the results. It includes the formulation of recommendations for maintaining competitiveness on the construction market in relation to the results. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of the basic concepts regarding the company, its surroundings and the characteristics of the individual factors influencing the business activity. The second part contains a theoretical description of PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. In the third chapter, details about the business can be found. The following parts focus on the practical application of business environment analyses through selected methods. The suggestions for improvement which should lead to maintaining the competitiveness of the company are recommended based on the achieved results. |
