| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Povinnosti managementu ve smyslu zákona o obchodních korporacích" je zaměřena na aplikaci povinností na jednotlivé úrovně managementu. Popisuje povinnosti managementu, které jsou uvedeny v zákonu o obchodních korporacích. V teoretické části nejprve vymezuje nejdůležitější pojmy z oblasti managementu. Dále se zabývá vymezením pojmů z oblasti práva. V praktické části využívá získaných poznatků z části teoretické. Tyto poznatky aplikuje na jednotlivé úrovně managementu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zakončena shrnutím aplikace těchto povinností. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis entitled "Management duties of the code of business corporations" is aimed on the implementation of duties at individual levels of management. The thesis describes duties of management, which are listed in the code of business corporations. The first part of the theoretical part defines the most important concepts of management. It also deals with definition of the field of law. The lessons learned from the theoretical part are used in the pratical part. This knowledge is applied to individual levels of management. The practical part of the bachelor´s thesis is completed by summarizing the application of these duties. |
