| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem přijímání pracovníků a procesem orientace nových pracovníků v podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je tyto procesy zanalyzovat a poté vypracovat návrhy na jejich zlepšení. Teoretická část popisuje lidské zdroje, personální práci, proces přijímání zaměstnanců a následný proces orientace ve vybraném podniku. Ve druhé části práce jsou přiblíženy základní informace o společnosti Saint-Gobain Sekurit ČR spol. s. r. o., se kterou bylo spolupracováno v praktické části práce. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a zhodnoceny dvě dotazníková šetření. Následně jsou na základě analýzy výsledků dotazníkových šetření vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení těchto procesů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the process of recruitment and the process of orientation of new employees in the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze these processes and make suggestions for their improvement. The theoretical part describes human resources, personnel agenda, recrtuitment process and subsequent orientation of employees in the company. In the second part of the thesis, basic information on the company Sain-Gobain Sekurit ČR spol. s. r. o. is presented. They worked with me on the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, two questionnatre surveys are processed and assessed. Based on the results of the questionnaire surveys, suggestions are made to improve these processes. |
