Abstract: Bakalářská práce Tvorba strategií za účelem zamezení nedostatků řidičů - Doporučení k získání českých řidičů pro firmu Güttler Logistik GmbH. pojednává o nedostatku řidičů z povolání v logistické branži. Cílem této práce je nabídnout takové doporučení a strategie německé spediční firmě Güttler Logistik GmbH. v Hofu, které povedou k redukování nedostatku řidičů a k získání nových pracovníků v oblasti nákladní dopravy. Sídlo firmy se nachází v německo-českém příhraničí, proto se dané doporučení vztahují na český trh, resp. české řidiče z povolání. Bakalářská práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány obecné důvody nedostatku řidičů a nabídnuty řešení, které by tento nedostatek mohli redukovat. Teoretická část se opírá převážně o odborné studie vydané Světovou bankou, Ministerstvem dopravy v České republice, resp. Ministerstvem dopravy Německé republiky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotnou firmu Güttler Logistik GmbH. v Hofu, v rámci které byla provedena SWOT analýza pro rozvoj stávajících a získání nových českých řidičů z povolání.
Abstract in different language: Bachelor thesis Strategy to remedy the shortage of the drivers - Recommendations for a gaining the Czech drivers for the company Güttler Logistik GmbH. handle with the shortage of drivers in the logistics sector. The goal of this thesis is to offer such recommendations and strategies to the German logistics company Güttler Logistik GmbH. in Hof, which will reduce the shortage of drivers and attract new truck drivers. The seat of the company is located in the Czech RepublicGermany border, therefore are the recommendations related into the Czech market. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the general reasons for the shortage of drivers and offers solutions that could reduce this shortage. The theoretical part is based mainly on World Bank study, the study of the Ministry of Transport in the Czech Republic and The Ministry of Transport in the German Republic. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the company Güttler Logistik GmbH. in Hof, in which was performed the SWOT analysis for the personnel development of existing drivers also for gaining of new Czech drivers.
