| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je problematika trestné činnosti mládeže a to zejména z pohledu kriminalistiky. Hlavní obsah práce se zaměřuje na postup jednotlivých orgánů činných v trestním řízení a úředníků Probační a mediační služby při odhalování, vyšetřování a předcházení trestné činnosti těchto jedinců. Cílem práce je přehledně sjednotit problematiku objasňování, vyšetřování a prevence protiprávní činnosti pachatelů z řad mládeže. Práce se snaží poskytnout celistvý obraz o dané problematice a vystihnout zejména specifické okolnosti této problematiky. Práce obsahuje řadu skutečných příkladů, které napomáhají promítnutí obsahu práce do kriminalistické praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the diploma is the issue of criminal activity of youth, especially from the perspective of forensic science. The focus of the thesis lies in the procedure of the criminal justice and the Probation and mediation clerks in detection, investigation and prevention the crime. The aim of the thesis is to unify the issue of detection, investigation and prevention of youth illegal activities. The thesis provides the picture of the issue and highlightes the specifics of this issue. Real examples that connect the theory with criminal practice are containted in the theses. |
