| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice anglického kontraktu. Je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola popisuje všeobecné náležitosti, které kontrakt a smluvní strany, jež ho uzavírají, musí mít. Druhá kapitola popisuje nezbytné náležitosti pro samotné uzavření kontraktu. Třetí kapitola popisuje významné soudní případ pro oblast smluvního práva. Čtvrtá kapitola seznamuje čtenáře se způsoby zániku kontraktu. Pátá kapitola popisuje relevantní právo EU, které se ke kontraktům vztahuje, a jejich vzájemný vztah. Šestá kapitola řeší problematiku Brexitu a jeho vlivu na smluvní právo v Anglii a Walesu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The focus of this theses is English contract. The theses is divided into 6 chapters. First chapter describes general requirements for a contract, which contract and its contractual parties must fulfil. Second chapter describes necessary requirements for entering and concluding the contract. Third chapter describes significant contract law case. Fourth chapter introduces its readers with means of termination of the contract. Fifth chapter describes relevant law of EU that applies to English contracts, and their mutual relationship. Sixth chapter deals with issues related to Brexit and its influence on English and Welsh contract law. |
