| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na step aerobik. Hlavní cílem práce je vytvoření komplexního multimediálního DVD určeného pro začátečníky a mírně pokročilé cvičence. Video obsahuje nejčastěji používané kroky a jejich kombinace ze skupiny low impact. Nejdůležitější částí videa je ukázka správného provedení v souladu s odpovídajícím popisem kroků. Vytvořené DVD může poskytnout potřebné informace všem zájemcům o step aerobik, učitelů tělesné výchovy, nebo lektorům. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on step aerobics. The main goal of paper is to create a complex multimedia DVD designed for beginners and moderately skilled exercisers. The video contains the most commonly used steps and their combination from the low impact group of steps. The most important part of the video is a demonstration of the correct execution in accordance with the corresponding description of the steps. The created DVD can provide the necessary information to all those interested in step aerobics, physical education teachers or lecturers. |
