dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení jednotlivých vlivů okolí působících na činnost bank na českém území. Součástí je také zjišťování preferencí českých spotřebitelů v oblasti bankovních služeb. První část práce je zaměřena teoreticky, obecně vymezuje bankovní sektor a jeho okolí, definuje analýzu marketingového prostředí, její jednotlivá členění a typy. Obsaženy jsou i teoretické náležitosti designu výzkumu. V druhé, prakticky zaměřené části práce, je nejprve analyzováno marketingové prostředí bankovního sektoru. Jako jednotlivé analýzy k popisu prostředí jsou využity PEST analýza, analýza strategických skupin a rozšířený marketingový mix. Praktická část obsahuje i dotazníkové šetření, zaměřující se na zjištění preferencí českých spotřebitelů v oblasti bankovních služeb. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz slouží ke zhodnocení dosavadní činnosti zkoumaného sektoru služeb, zda naplňuje očekávání spotřebitelů a jsou navržení doporučení na zlepšení v oblasti marketingu a managementu.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of particular environmental impacts, which affect bank activities in the area of the Czech Republic. Preferences detection of czech consumers in the area of banking services is also included. The first part of this thesis is theoretical, in general, it defines bank sector and it's surroundings. It also defines analysis of marketing background, it's individual partitioning and types. It also contains theoretical design relevances of research. In the second, practically focused part, is firstly analyzed the marketing surroundings of banking sectors. The PEST analysis, analysis of strategic groups and enlarged marketing mix were used as a particular analysis for the description of the environment. The practical part contains questionnaire which focus on finding preferences of czech consumers in the area of banking services. Particular analysis results are used for evaluation of present actions of researched sector of services, if it fulfills consumers' expectations and after that recommendations are suggested for improvement in the marketing and management.en
