Požadované znalosti, dovednosti a kvalifikace v souvislosti s nástupem a rozvojem společnosti 4.0 – systematická literární rešerše

Abstract

S ohledem na technologický pokrok se hranice mezi pracovními úkoly, které vykonávají lidé, a úlohami, které jsou algoritmizovatelné, posouvají, stále více je zmiňována problematika Industry 4: 0. Lze zmínit několik autorů, kteří se věnují literární rešerši v této oblasti, například Liao et al. (2017), Kamble, Gunasekaran & Gawankar (2018) nebo Piccarozzi, Aquilani & Gatti (2018). Oblast systematického mapování vědeckého zájmu o danou problematiku je však zatím omezená. V oblasti mapování vědeckého zájmu existuje mezera spočívající v užším následném zaměření na konkrétní oblast. Autoři článku berou v úvahu oblast trhu práce, zaměstnanost a požadavky na nové znalosti, kvalifikace nebo dovednosti zaměstnanců. Cílem příspěvku je provést systematický literární rešeršní výzkum termínů Industry 4: 0 se zvláštním zaměřením na oblast související s trhem práce, zaměstnaností a požadavky na nové znalosti, kvalifikace nebo dovednosti zaměstnanců. K získání záznamů byla použita databáze Scopus. Byla použita další vyhledávací kritéria, jako jsou vybraná odvětví vědeckého zájmu, typ studia, jazyk, časová omezení atd. Výstupy identifikované tímto způsobem byly nejprve podrobeny základní bibliometrické analýze a následné analýze obsahu, která identifikovala několik zájmových uskupení.

Taking into consideration technological progress the boundaries between the work tasks performed by people and those that are algorithmizable are shifting, there is given more and more attention to the issue of Industry 4:0. It can be mentioned several authors devoting the literature review in this area such as Liao et al. (2017), Kamble, Gunasekaran & Gawankar (2018), or Piccarozzi, Aquilani & Gatti (2018). However, the area of systematic mapping of the scientific interest of the issue has been limited so far. There is a gap in the field of mapping scientific interest consisting in a narrower, subsequent focus on a specific area. The authors of the article take into consideration the area of the labour market, employment and requirements for new knowledge, qualifications or skills of employees. The aim of the paper is to carry out a systematic literary review research of Industry 4:0 terms, with a specific focus on the field related to the labour market, employment and requirements for new knowledge, qualifications or skills of employees. The Scopus database was used to obtain records. Other searching criteria were applied, such as selected sectors of scientific interest, type of studies, language, time constraints, etc. The outputs identified in this way were first subjected to basic bibliometric analysis and subsequent content analysis, which identified several clusters of interest.
