| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat poskytování pracovnělékařských služeb, jeho právní úpravu a subjekty pracovnělékařských služeb. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice pojmu pracovnělékařských služeb a poskytovateli pracovnělékařských služeb v souvislostech s jejich právy a povinnostmi. Další kapitola je věnována právům a povinnostem mezi poskytovatelem a zaměstnavatelem. V další kapitole jsou popsány práva a povinnosti mezi poskytovatelem a zaměstnancem a zejména se věnuje pracovnělékařským prohlídkám. Poslední kapitola je věnována lékařským posudkům jakožto výsledku pracovnělékařských prohlídek. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the occupational health care services, its legal regulation and the subject of the occupational health care service provider itself. In the first chapter, the author focused on the occupational health care services and its characteristics, in conjunction with the duties of the occupational health care service provider. The second chapter is devoted to rights and obligations between providers and employers. The next chapter deals with the rights and obligations between the employee and the provider of occupational health care services. In this chapter, there are medical examinations described in detail. The last chapter deals with medical reports. |
