| Abstract: | Tématem mé diplomové práce je genocida ve Rwandě, která se odehrála v roce 1994 a její ohlasy a zpracování ve vybraných českých a slovenských tištěných médiích. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak o události informovaly vybrané deníky od dubna 1994 do konce roku 2018. Zástupci českých tištěních periodik jsou Mladá fronta DNES a deník Právo, ze slovenských periodik byl vybrán deník SME. Tato část práce bude propojena se zjišťováním znalosti této události u vybraných respondentů. Průzkum má za cíl zjistit povědomí mezi vybranými lidmi o rwandské genocidě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich má za cíl stručně nastínit charakteristiku a historický vývoj země. Druhá část práce je věnována samotnému výzkumu vybraných periodik a výsledkům z dotazníkového šetření. Tato část práce je pro lepší ilustraci výsledků doplněna grafickým zpracováním údajů v podobě grafů a tabulek. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my thesis is the genocide in Rwanda, which took place in 1994 and its responses and processing in selected Czech and Slovak printed media. The aim is to determine how the events have informed selected newspapers from April 1994 until the end of 2018. Representatives of the Czech periodicals are printed daily Mladá fronta DNES and Právo from periodicals Slovak daily SME was chosen. This part of the thesis will be connected with the knowledge of this event among selected respondents. The survey aims to raise awareness among selected people about the Rwandan genocide. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one aims to briefly outline the characteristics and historical development of the country. The second part is devoted to the research of selected periodicals and the results of the questionnaire survey. This part of the thesis is supplemented with graphical data processing in the form of graphs and tables for better illustration of the results. |
