| Abstract: | Dílo představuje popis a analýzu činnosti silových struktur a především siloviků v současném Rusku, přičemž popis se začíná od vzniku daných fenoménů, tudíž od středověku. Protože politický systém Ruska je nedemokratický, má spoustu zvláštností: politickou elitu tady tvoří příslušníci tajných služeb, kteří ovlivňují vnitřní a vnější politiku země. Většina státních institucí, ekonomiky nebo médií jsou v její rukou. Silovici se opravdu chovají nevypočitatelně jak ve svůj prospěch, tak i ve prospěch státu. A protože v Rusku je typická vertikála moci, prezident Vladimir Putin je zodpovědný za to, co dělají silovici v zemi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work represents a description and analysis of the activities of power structures and especially siloviki in contemporary Russia. The description starts from the origins of the phenomenon, thus from the Middle Ages. Due to undemocratic character of Russian political system, it has a lot of peculiarities: the political elite here consists of members of the secret services that influence the country's internal and external policies. Most state institutions, the economy, the media are in its hands. The siloviki behave in an unpredictable way both for their own benefit or for the benefit of the state. Russia has a typical verticality of power, and president Vladimir Putin is responsible for what they do in the country. |
