| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku a zániku obcí na našem území. První část obsahuje charakteristiku obce jako takové, jsou zde popsány její orgány, druhy i působnost. V druhé části jsou dále charakterizovány způsoby vzniku a zániku obcí dle platné právní úpravy a jsou doplněny o aktuální příklady. Práce se věnuje i případům zániku obcí, ke kterým docházelo v minulosti nebo problematice nemožnosti zániku obce při nezájmu o samosprávu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with problems of the formation and demise of the municipality in our country. The first part contains the characteristics of the village as such, it describes its organs, types and scope. In the second part there are described ways of the formation and demise of municipalities according to the valid legislation and they are supplemented by actual examples. The work also deals with the cases of demise of municipalities, which occurred in the past or the issue of impossibility of demise of the village when citizens are not interested in the administration. |
