| Abstract: | Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je seznámení s institutem místního referenda upraveného zákonem č. 22/2004 Sb., o místním referendu. V práci je největší důraz kladen na návrh, vyhlášení a konání samotného referenda. Důležitou kapitolou je také kapitola zabývající se statistikou místních referend konaných v České republice v období od roku 2006 do roku 2018. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to introduce the institute of local referendum regulated by the Act No. 22/2004 Sb., on a local referendum. In the thesis, the greatest emphasis is on the suggestion, proclamation and announcement of the referendumitself. Important is also the chapter dealingwith the statistics of local referendums held in Czech Republic from 2006 to 2018. |
