| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení nesouladu území obcí a katastrálního území, tzv. "územích anomálií" v souvislosti s vydáním zákona č. 106/2016 Sb., tj. novely zákona o obcích. V první části práce je objasněn pojem a druhy územních anomálií. Zároveň jsou zde popsány problémy a průběh řešení jednotlivých konkrétních případů. Práce zahrnuje i praktickou část s uvedením výsledků průzkumu vybraných obcí ČR. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the solution of the mismatch territory of municipalities and cadastral territory, so-called "territories anomalies" in connection with the issue of Act No. 106/2016 Coll. le the amendment to the Act on Municipalities.The first part of the thesis explains the concept and types of territorial anomalies. At the same time there are described problems and course of solution of particular concrete cases. The work also includes a practical part with the results of a survey of selected municipalities in the Czech Republic. |
