| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování rozložení váhy po ortopedických operacích metodikou dvou vah. Výzkum byl proveden u 31 probandů. Pomocí několika měření bylo pozorováno, jaký je rozdíl v zatížení dolních končetin po ortopedických operacích. Sledování probíhalo ve dvou typech stoje. Z výzkumu byli vyřazeni probandi s nestejnou délkou dolních končetin. Analýza výsledků ukázala u několika probandů nestejné rozložení váhy, které je ovlivněno především bolestí a je možné ho upravit vědomou kontrolou rozložení váhy. Jako problematickou považuji nízkou informovanost probandů spolu s nedostatečným testováním na dvou vahách, což je potvrzeno v dotazníku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on observing weight distribution after orthopedic surgery. Method of two scales is used. 31 probands participated in the research. All probands took several measurements. Differences between weight distribution were found out. Two types of stand were used for the research. The contraindication was different lenght of lower limbs. The results analysis showed that more than half probands had different weight distribution between right and left leg. That could be serious issue for the future life. This weight difference was influenced by pain but there is a chance to correct it by own weight distribution awarness. According to the questionnare there was obvious lack of simple two scales testing in most of the rehabilitation facilities. Significant focus on weight distribution after orthopedic surgery is missing in these facilities. |
