| Abstract: | Účelem práce je poukázat na význam citlivosti u centrálních paréz a zdůraznit důležitost ergoterapeutické intervence ovlivňující dané poruchy. Pro zjištění výsledků byly použity testy na vyšetření citlivosti a stereognozie. Dále byl využit funkční test na horní končetiny pro zjištění, jak porucha citlivosti ovlivňuje funkci ruky, a to hlavně úchopů. Nejdříve se práce zabývá vysvětlením pojmu senzitivní systém a jeho jednotlivých částí. Následně jsou vymezeny jednotlivé druhy citlivosti a jejich případné poruchy, vyšetření a terapie. Práce dále cílí na neglect syndrom, jeho druhy a terapii a jednotlivé ergoterapeutické intervence, které pomáhají docílit zlepšení poruch citlivosti. Ve druhé části se práce zaměřuje na skupinu čtyř pacientů se stejným druhem onemocnění. Šetření probíhalo během konání souvislé praxe, která byla uskutečněna ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzeň Bory v období od 26. 11. do 21. 12. 2018. U všech pacientů proběhlo vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, terapie, zhodnocení a porovnání jednotlivých výsledků. Na konci šetření bylo zjištěno, že v časovém intervalu čtyř týdnů nedojde k dostatečnému ovlivnění poruch citlivosti, případně se u pacienta mohou projevit subjektivní pocity, že došlo k mírnému zlepšení obtíží. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of the thesis is to point out the importance of somatosensory by central paresis with special attention given to occupational therapy interventions which influence these disorders. Tests for examination of somatosensory and stereognosis were used to obtain the results presentenced in the thesis. To find out how somatosensory disorder influences hand and mainly grip function, an upper arm function test was performed. The first part of the thesis consists of explanation basic principles regarding the term somatosensory system and its individual parts. Afterwards different types of somatosensory and their possible disorders, examinations and therapy are defined. The thesis then focuses on neglect syndrome and its types, also mentioned are therapy and occupational therapy interventions, which help patients to improve their somatosensory disorder. In the second part a therapy with group of patients with the same type of disorder is described. The Therapy was carried out during practice which took place from 26. 11. to 21. 12. 2018 at University Hospital in Pilsen-Bory. By all patient's entry and exit examination and therapy were performed, the results were compared and evaluated. It was found out that in period of just four weeks no significant influence regarding the patient's conditions can be observed. However, in some cases subjective feeling of improvement may occur. |
