| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je souhrn informaci zaměřující se na použití a vliv polohovacích pomůcek u dětí v novorozeneckém a kojeneckém věku. Teoretická část popisuje motorický vývoj dítěte během prvního roku života, zásady manipulace s dítětem a možnosti polohovacích pomůcek. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistická šetření, které je zaměřeno na pozorování vývoje u 5 dětí a využití polohovacích pomůcek v jejich péči. Dále je tato část doplněna o dotazníkové šetření, které hodnotí faktory ovlivňující výběr polohovacích pomůcek a informovanost o možnostech polohování dětí. Výsledky potvrzují, že vhodným polohováním dětí lze korigovat polohový plagiocefalus. Dále výsledky informují o nedostatečném množství odborných informací týkajících se využití polohovacích pomůcek a polohování dětí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is an aggregate of information focused on the use of positioning aids by children in neonatal and infant age and its influence on them. The theoretical part describes children´s motor development during the first year of life, the principles of manipulation with children and the possibilities of positioning aids. The practical part contains a case study. The case study is focused on the observation of development of 5 children and the use of positioning aids while taking care of them. Furthermore is this part supplemented with a questionnaire, which evaluates factors influencing the selection of positioning aids and awareness of the possibilities of positioning children. The results confirm that positional plagiocephalus can be corrected by appropriate positioning of children. In addition, the results inform about insufficient technical informatik regarding the use of positioning aids and positioning of children |
