| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování změn u pacientů s vertebrogenními poruchami v oblasti bederní páteře. Dále na využití McKenzie metody u jmenovaných pacientů. Teoretická práce se zabývá kineziologií páteře, vymezení pojmu bederní páteře, degenerativními poruchami a jejich rizikovými faktory, kořenovým syndromy a v neposlední řadě McKenzie metodou. Praktická část se bude zabývat pacienty, kteří pravidelně praktikují cvičení dle Mckenzie metody. Nejprve dle standardizovaného McKenzie dotazníku uděláme anamnézu pacienta a zhodnotíme jeho zdravotní stav. Následně zahájíme terapii a zaedukujeme pacienta k domácímu cvičení. Po dobu 6 měsíců budeme sledovat progresivitu a účinnost léčby. V diskuzi a závěru jsou shrnuty změny, které nastaly vlivem užité metody během rehabilitační léčby a dále výsledky jednotlivých pacientů s odstupem času. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring changes in patients with vertebrogenic disorders in the lumbar spine. Furthermore, the use of McKenzie method in named patients. Theoretical work deals with kinesiology of spine, definition of lumbar spine, degenerative disorders and their risk factors, root syndromes and last but not least McKenzie method. The practical part will deal with patients who regularly practice according to the McKenzie method. First, according to a standardized McKenzie questionnaire, we will make a patient's medical history and evaluate his health. Thereafter, we start the therapy and induce the patient to do homework. We will monitor the progressiveness and effectiveness of the treatment for 6 months. The discussion and conclusion summarizes the changes that have occurred due to the method used during the rehabilitation treatment and the results of individual patients with the passage of time. |
