| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování vědy a výzkumu na veřejných vysokých školách. První část vysvětluje některé základní používané pojmy a legislativní rámec. Ve druhé části práce je financování výzkumné činnosti demonstrováno na příkladu konkrétní instituce. Zkoumanou institucí je součást Univerzity Karlovy, Lékařská fakulta v Plzni. Z důvodu legislativních změn jsou sledovaným obdobím roky 2012 až 2017. V tomto období rovněž končí jedno programové období v rámci čerpání strukturálních fondů EU a začíná další. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda a jakým způsobem ovlivnily legislativní změny strukturu financování této instituce, jak se promítlo čerpání prostředků EU do činnosti fakulty v oblasti vědy a výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work is focused on the issue of financing science and research at public universities. The first part explains some basic terms used and the legislative framework. In the second part of the thesis, the financing of research activities is demonstrated on the example of a particular institution. The investigated institution is a part of Charles University, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. Due to legislative changes, the monitored period is the period from 2012 to 2017. In this period, one programming period under the EU structural funds ends and another one begins. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether and how the legislative changes influenced the financing structure of this institution, how EU funds were spent on the activities of the faculty in science and research. |
