| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou ,,Rozdíly v tělesném složení u vybraných skupin sportovců´´. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsáno složení lidského těla, význam jednotlivých živin na výkon sportovce a v závěrečné části je vysvětlena metoda biometrické impedance. V praktické části je zpracováno a vyhodnoceno měření respondentů na přístroji InBody. Zajímavé výsledky vyšly v hodnotách BMI, ve svalovém rozložení a procentuální zastoupení tělesného tuku. Součástí bakalářské práce je diskuze, ve které jsou naše výsledky porovnávány s dalšími výzkumy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Differences in body composition at chosen groups of athletes ". The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is described a composition of a human body, the importance of particular nutrients to an athlete performance. And the method of biometric impedance is explained in the final part. Respondent measurements, which were made on the InBody device, are elaborated and explained in the practical part. There have been interesting outcomes at BMI values, at muscle distribution and at representation of body fat expressed as a percentage. One part of my bachelor thesis is also a discussion, where are our outcomes compared with other researches. |
