| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá intervenčními terapeutickými metodami, podrobněji pak transarteriální chemoembolizací a radioembolizací, jako možnostmi paliativní léčby nádorových onemocnění jater, konkrétně hepatocelulárního karcinomu a metastáz kolorektálního karcinomu. Je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. Teoretická část obsahuje stručnou anatomii jater, popis nádorových onemocnění jater, a to jak primárních, tak sekundárních, obecnou charakteristiku zobrazovacích metod a stručný přehled a popis vybraných intervenčních metod. V praktické části jsou podrobně popsané obě srovnávané metody a vypracovaná statistika konkrétně k výkonům transarteriální chemoembolizace a radioembolizace provedených ve FN Plzeň. Ke každé metodě jsou pro úplnost uvedené 2 kazuistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with interventional therapeutic methods, more specifically with transarterial chemoembolization and radioembolization, as possibilities of paleative treatment of liver cancer, specifically hepatocellular carcinoma and metastases of colorectal cancer. It is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part contains a brief anatomy of the liver, a description of liver cancers, both primary and secondary, a general characteristics of imaging methods and a brief overview and description of selected interventional methods. In the practical part there are in detail described both compared methods and elaborated statistics specifically for transarterial chemoembolization and radioembolization performed in FH Pilsen. For each method, there are 2 case reports for completeness. |
