| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou jména a příjmení v České republice. Práce je zaměřena na popis platné právní úpravy podle zákona o matrikách a občanského zákoníku. Práce srovnává právní úpravu České republiky s právní úpravou Spolkové republiky Německo. Práce obsahuje vybrané rozhodnutí Soudního dvora Evropské unie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the legal rules regulating the names and the surnames in the Chzech Republic. The coursework ist concentrating on the description of the current law state on the register and Civil Code. The coursework comperating the legislation of the Czech Republic with the legislation of teh Federal Republic of Germany. The coursework contains a selected judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union. |
