Abstract:	Tématem bakalářské práce je fenomén psích spřežení v Kanadě od minulosti do přítomnosti. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak tento fenomén ovlivnil život obyvatel Severní Ameriky a jak se během staletí vyvinul.
Abstract in different language:	The theme of this bachelor's thesis is "The Phenomenon of Dog Sledding in Canada: the Past and the Present". The main aim of this thesis was to describe the development of dog sledding. A further objective was to find out how this phenomenon influenced the life of people in Canada and how it evolved over the centuries.
