| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na etiku úředního jednání. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy související s etikou úředního jednání jako je morálka, etika, etický kodex, vzdělávání úředních osob v oblasti etiky, interní instrukce personálního charakteru, korupci a klientelismus, oblékání a líčení úředních osob a základy etikety v komunikaci. V praktické části se autorka zaměřuje na výzkum, kde na základě odpovědí od respondentů zjišťuje v dotazníkovém šetření spokojenost klientů s etikou úředního jednání na městském úřadu v Přešticích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on official negotiation ethic. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with terms connected with etiquette of official negotiation, such as morals, ethic, ethical code, education of officials in the branch of ethic, internal instructions of personal character, bribery and clientelism, clothing and make-up of officials and basics of etiquette in communication. In the practical part the author focuses on the research. In conclusion with the results and answers of responders the author provides information about satisfaction of citizens with official negotiation ethic at the municipal office in Přeštice. |
