| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze řízení nákladů ve společnosti ept connector s. r. o. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou postupně vymezeny pojmy náklady, bod zvratu a ABC analýza. Následně je charakterizován zvolený podnik i se svou historií. V poslední části je provedena praktická aplikace teoretických poznatků, které byly projednány v úvodní části této práce a jsou zde zároveň navrhnuta opatření, která by mohla vést k optimalizaci nákladů společnosti v oddělení výroba. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is about analysis of cost management in the company named ept connector s. r. o. Terms like costs, break-even point and ABC analysis are described in the individual chapters. Afterwards, there is a characterization of the chosen company and its history. In the last part, there is a practical application of theoretical knowledge, which was discussed in the opening parts of this bachelor thesis and there are also measures being suggested, which could lead to cost optimization in the department of production. |
