| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza faktorů úspěšnosti společnosti Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s.", popisuje a hodnotí klíčové faktory, které mají vliv na úspěšnost této společnosti. Práce obsahuje mimo stručného popisu podniku a oblasti jeho působení také teoretické vymezení základních pojmů spojených s tématem a praktické analýzy, které zkoumají jednotlivé faktory úspěšnosti dané společnosti. Provedení praktických analýz umožňuje odhalit slabé stránky společnosti. Následně jsou v práci navržena opatření, která by mohla vést k eliminaci těchto slabých stránek. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis, which deals with the topic "Analysis of success factors of the company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s.", describes and evaluates key success factors, that have impact on this company. Thesis contains besides brief description of the company and its area of expertise also theoretical description of essential concepts connected to the topic and practical analysis, which examine individual success factors of the company. Execution of the practical analysis enables us to uncover the weaknesses of the company and the thesis also contains proposals, that could lead to elimination of these weaknesses. |
