| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Hlavním cílem je identifikace nákladů a jejich řízení v podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou nákladů a jejich členěním. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na nákladové řízení a nákladové kalkulace. V praktické části je provedena anlýza řízení nákladů vybraného subjektu v letech 2014-2018. Analýza je zaměřena na členění nákladů dle účelu, podnikových činností a členění dle zakázek. Dále je zaměřena na zjištění nejvíce finančně náročné části nákladů. Na základě zjištěných údajů o společnosti je v závěru provedeno vyhodnocení efektivity řízení nákladů a jsou také uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the analysis of cost management in a selected business entity. The main objective is the identification of costs and their management in the company. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of costs and their classification. Furtermore, the theoretical part focuses on cost management and cost calculations. In the practiocal part is performer cost management analysis in a selected business entity in 2014-2018. The analysis is focused on the breakdown of costs by purpose, business activities and breakdown by orders. It is also focused on finding the most costly part of costs. On the basis of tje data about the company, the cost-effectiveness evaluation is evaluated and suggestions for improvement are given. |
