| Abstrakt: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podnikovými informačními systémy. Cílem této práce je zmapovat současné využití IS v nejmenovaném podniku a navrhnout pro něj komplexní ERP systém, který by zefektivnil řízení a plánování podnikových činností, zjednodušil účetní procesy a umožnil přístup k informacím v reálném čase. V úvodní části byly vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s IS, jejich vývoj a přínos pro uživatele. Do této části bylo rovněž zahrnuto členění IS a jejich integrace v podniku. Závěr úvodní části byl věnován ERP systémům, které tvoří jádro celé integrace. Na úvodní část navazovala analýza současné situace v podniku a následné zhodnocení současného využití IS. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byly stanoveny požadavky vedoucí k zlepšení stávající situace a kritéria pro výběr vhodného ERP systému. Těžištěm práce je návrh implementace systému Helios Orange. Tento návrh zahrnoval představení systému, jeho modulů a praktickou ukázku funkcí, které ilustrují možnosti tohoto systému v souvislosti s nedostatky současných IS podniku. Jelikož byly splněny všechny požadavky, lze konstatovat, že bylo cíle práce dosaženo. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This Master thesis deals with business information systems. The aim of this thesis is to map the current use of IS in an unnamed company and design a comprehensive ERP system for it, which would streamline the management and planning of business activities, simplify accounting processes and allow access to information in real time. The introductory part defined the basic concepts associated with IS, their development and benefits for users. This section also included the division of IS and their integration in the company. The conclusion of the introductory part was devoted to ERP systems, which form the core of the entire integration. The introductory part was followed by an analysis of the current situation in the company and the subsequent evaluation of the current use of IS. Based on the findings, the requirements leading to the improvement of the current situation and the criteria for the selection of a suitable ERP system were determined. The focus of the thesis is the design of the implementation of the Helios Orange system. This design included an introduction to the system, its modules and a practical demonstration of the functions that illustrate the possibilities of this system in connection with the shortcomings of the company's current IS. As all the requirements were met, it can be stated that the goal of the thesis was achieved. |
