Druhá část se zabývá postavením soudního exekutora na Slovensku a v Německu, a jeho porovnáním s postavením soudního exekutora v ČR. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the position of a court distrainer in the Czech republic and in the other countries of the European Union. The first part is devoted to the position of the Czech court distrainer, his independence and impartiality. The second part deals with the position of the court distrainer in Slovakia and Germany and its comparison with the postition of the court distrainer in the Czech republic. |
