| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifikaci obezity a její prevenci formou pohybových her u dětí předškolního věku. V teoretické části této práce bude blíže charakterizován pojmem obezita, příčiny vzniku a jejich možná prevence. Dále zde bude popsána důležitost pohybových her pro předškolní děti a jejich klasifikace. Kromě pohybových her zde budou uvedeny i další možnosti prevence. Praktickou část bude tvořit zásobník pohybových her vhodný k realizaci v mateřských školách jako jedna z možností prevence. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the specification of obesity and its prevention in the form of movement games in preschool children. In the theoretical part of this work will be characterized by the concept of obesity, the causes and their possible prevention. Furthermore, the importance of movement games for preschool children and their classification will be described. In addition to movement games, other prevention options will be listed here. The practical part will consist of a stack of movement games suitable for implementation in kindergartens as one of the prevention options. |
