| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou stravovací návyky a možnosti dětí předškolního věku v Ústeckém kraji. Na začátku nalezneme charakteristiku předškolního věku a dále legislativu týkající se školního stravování. Následuje kapitola o školním stravování, na kterou navazuje kapitola o jednotlivých složkách potravy. V neposlední řadě je zde uvedena rovněž důležitá podpora zdraví v mateřských školách, a nakonec shrnutí o dětské nadváze a obezitě. V praktické části nalezneme výpočet BMI dětí předškolního věku a jejich stravovací návyky a možnosti, jež jsme zjišťovala pomocí dotazníkového šetření určeného rodičům. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the eating habits and possibilities of preschool children in the Ústí nad Labem region. In the beginning, we will find the characteristics of preschool age and legislation concerning school eating. This is followed by a chapter on school eating, followed by a chapter on individual food components. Last but not least, there is also the important support of health in kindergartens, and finally a summary of childhood overweight and obesity. In the practical part, we will find the calculation of BMI of preschool children and their eating habits and options, which we found out using a questionnaire survey designed for parents. |
