| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je rozborem některých aspektů kolektivního investování v České republice. Hlavním cílem je nastínit problematiku institutů kolektivního investování z pohledu práva. Skládá se ze sedmi kapitol, historie kolektivního investování, definice vybraných pojmů, členění fondů kolektivního investování, analýze české a evropské judikatury a zhodnocení vlivu evropských směrnic na kolektivní investování v ČR. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is an analysis of some legal aspects of collective investment in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to outline collective investment issues in terms of law. The thesis includes historical overview, definitions of terms of collective investment, collective investment fund classification, practice of the Czech national courts, practice of European courts, final part is evaluation of application European directives of collective investment to the Czech collective investment regulation. |
