| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je porovnání postupů záchranných služeb v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo při kontaktu s osobou potencionálně nebo prokázaně nakaženou vysoce virulentní nákazou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány nebezpečné nákazy z obecného hlediska, jejich rozdělení a možnosti klinického vyšetření. V další kapitole jsou podrobněji uvedeny vybrané vysoce nakažlivé nemoci s jejich charakteristikou a uvedením možné léčby. Následující část je věnována ochraně před těmito nákazami. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá samotnými postupy českých a německých výjezdových skupin při zásahu u potencionálně nakažených osob. Praktická část, jejímž hlavním úkolem je vytvoření přehledového materiálu poukazujícího na odlišnosti nebo právě podobnosti postupů v obou zmíněných státech, popisuje samotná srovnání a prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of procedures by emergency services in the Czech republic and in Germany in case of contact with person, who is potencially infected with high virulent infection. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes high virulent infections from the general point of view, their dividing and possibilities of clinical examination. In the next chapter, there are described selected high virulent infections in detail with their characteristics and possibilities of treatment. The following chapter is dedicated to the protection against these infections. Last section of the theoretical part deals with the procedures of Czech and German emergency medical services in the dispatch to a potencionally infected person. The practical part, which has the main goal to collect some summarizing material pointing to the differences or similarities of the procedures in these two countries mentioned higher, describes the comparison and presents results of questionnaire, which was completed by paramedics from the Czech republic and the Federal republic of Germany. |
