| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se skládá zteoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na anatomii gastrointestinálního traktu. Větší pozornost je ovšem věnovaná samotnému kolorektálnímu karcinomu jeho diagnostice, sreeningu, léčbě i prevenci. V neposlední řadě je zmiňován i karcinom anu a jeho léčba. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku, cíle, kazuistiky, statistické zpracování, diskuzi a závěr. Mé cíle byly přiblížit problematiku tohoto onemocnění na několika kazuistikách, porovnat četnost tohoto onemocnění u mužů a žen a to i v určitém věku a porovnat četnost jednotlivých metod u pacientů s touto diagnózou. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor work is composed of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is aimed on anatomy of gastrointestinal tract. More attention is paid to colorectal cancer and its diagnostic, screening, treatment and prevention. In the next part there is stated anal cancer and its treatment. Practical part contains methodology, objectives, case studies, statistical treatment, discussion and conclusion. My objectives where bring near the problematics of this disease on case studies, compare number of cases of men and women at a certain age and compare frequency of methods used on patiences with this diagnose |
