| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se týká hmotněprávní materie přestupků proti bezpečnosti a plynulosti provozu na pozemních komunikacích, kde v první části se dotýká samotného vymezení pojmu přestupku,jeho pozitivní a negativní vymezení, materiální a formální znak. Druhá část a třetí část se týká už samotných přestupků proti bezpečnosti a plynulosti provozu na pozemních komunikacích, a to z pohledu ucelené materie dopravních přestupků, a to z pohledu jejich vysvětlení i z kritického pohledu s konečným návrhem de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis concerns the substantive offenses against the security of matter and flow of traffic on the road, where the first part concerns the very definition of the offense, its positive and negative definition, material and formal character. The second part and third part concerns have themselves offenses against the safety and free flow of traffic on the road, from the perspective of a comprehensive materia traffic offenses, and from the perspective of explanation from a critical perspective with the final draft on legal aspects. |
