| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o velmi aktuálním a dynamickém tématu agenturního zaměstnávání. Vzhledem k jeho rozmanitosti se práce soustředí na komplexní pojetí celého institutu a zejména na charakteristiku a vytyčení základních pilířů. Práce se zaměřuje na stávající právní úpravu a její aplikační problémy v praxi. V práci jsou zároveň nastíněna úskalí, která institut agenturního zaměstnávání nezřídka skýtá. Doplňují je vlastní úvahy autora. Vzhledem k vývojovému mládí celého institutu je čtenáři poskytnut určitý prostor pro utvoření vlastního názoru na danou problematiku |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with a very current and dynamic topic of agency employment. Due to its diversity, the work focuses on the complex concept of the entire institute, especially on the characteristics and delineation of the basic pillars. The work focuses on the existing legislation, together with finding application problems in practice. The thesis also outlines the pitfalls that the Institute often offers, along with the author's own considerations. Due to the short time development of the institute, the reader is given some space for forming his / her own opinion on the given issue. |
