| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany osobních údajů v pracovněprávních vztazích a cílem práce je přiblížit tuto problematiku čtenáři. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, tedy vymezení základní terminologie a právní úpravy ochrany osobních údajů. V druhé kapitole se zabývám vybranými povinnostmi zaměstnavatele a právy zaměstnance. Kapitola třetí je zacílena na zpracování osobních údajů v jednotlivých fázích pracovního poměru. Poslední kapitola se věnuje problematice sledování zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of personal data protection within labour relations with the aim of bringing this issue closer to the reader. The first chapter focuses on the definition of basic terms, the definition of the basic terminology used and legal regulations of personal data protection. The second chapter deals with the various obligations of the employer and the rights of the employee. The third chapter describes the processing of personal data in particular stages of an employee life cycle and the last chapter is then devoted to the issue of employee monitoring and surveillance. |
