| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu trestu odnětí svobody u odsouzených žen. V teoretické části se práce v úvodních kapitolách věnuje systému trestů v České republice a trestu odnětí svobody de lege lata. V následujících kapitolách je práce již zaměřena na výkon trestu odnětí svobody u odsouzených žen. Zabývá se vnitrostátní a mezinárodní právní úpravou, jednotlivými specifiky výkonu tohoto trestu a ženskými věznicemi, které se na území České republiky nacházejí. Empirickou část této diplomové práce tvoří kvalitativní šetření formou strukturovaných rozhovorů, které bylo uskutečněno ve Věznici Velké Přílepy. Cílem šetření je komparace běžného života pracovně zařazené a trvale pracovně nezařaditelné odsouzené. Práce vyvozuje závěr, zdali má výkon trestu na obě skupiny odsouzených výchovný vliv ve stejné míře a zdali je věznice dostatečně připravuje na život, který je po propuštění z výkonu trestu čeká. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of imprisonment of convicted women. In the introductory chapters of the theoretical part, the thesis is devoted to the system of punsihments in the Czech republic and the punishment of imprisonment de lege lata. In the following chapters the work is focused on the execution of imprisonment of convicted women. It deals with the national and international legislation, individual specifics of the execution and women's correctional instituions located in the Czech Republic. The empirical part of the thesis consists of a qualitative survey in the form of structured interviews, which took place in the prison of Velké Přílepy. The aim of the survey is to compare the daily life of working and unemployed convicts. The thesis concludes if the execution of the sentence has the same disciplinary effect on both the groups of prisoners and if the imprisonment prepares them sufficiently for the life that awaits them after their release. |
