| Abstract: | V této práci je řešena celková problematika technologičnosti konstrukce samo-vyrovnávacího ložiska s axiálními naklápě cími segmenty s ohledem na optimální funkčnost ložiska a efektivitu výroby ložiska. Po nalezení optimálního řešení vzešlého z experimentů byly navrženy prototypy, na kterých byly provedeny série komplex ních testů v několika experimentálních zařízeních schopných simulovat reálný provoz. Ve všech experimentálních zařízeních vykazovaly všechny prototypy ložisek velice dobré hodnoty a vlastnosti těchto prototypů, zcela naplnili očekávání, která byla na začátku vývoje stanovena. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this Ph.D thesis is solved complete problematic of technological design of self-equalizing thrust bearing with thrust pads with focus on optimal function and effectivity of manufacturing. After finding optimal solution resulting from experiments were designed and manufactured prototypes of self-equalizing thrust bearings. On these prototypes were performed series of experiments in devices where is capable simulation of real loading operation. In all experimental devices all bearings prototypes showed very good values and properties fulfilling expectations that were established at the beginning of the development. |
