| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývám vlivem kryogenního zpracování na nástrojové oceli. Teoretická část se zabývá rozdělením konvenčních nástrojových ocelí a maraging ocelí, jejich tepelným a kryogenním zpracováním. V experimentální části je sledován vliv kryogenního zpracování na mechanické a tribologické vlastnosti maraging oceli třídy 18 Ni 300. Je zde také proveden mikrostrukturní rozbor s využitím světelné a řádkovací elektronové mikroskopie a fázové analýzy pomocí difrakce zpětně odpražených elektronů a rentgenové difrakce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is the influence of cryogenic treatment on tool steels. The theoretical part engage with the division of conventional tool steels and maraging steels, their thermal and cryogenic processing. In the experimental part, the influence of cryogenic processing on the mechanical and tribological properties of maraging steel grade 18 Ni 300 is studied. There is also a microstructural analysis using light and scanning electron microscopy and phase analysis using backscattered electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. |
