| Abstrakt: | Sousoší se zkládá ze tří postav, každá postava má totožný tvar, pouze výška jedné z nich se liší. Sousoší znázorňuje rodinu - dva rodiče a jedno dítě. Rodiče převyšují dítě aby byla zřejmá jejich nadřazenost v situaci kterou rodina znázorňuje. Otec a Matka jsou stejně vysocí a z úst jim teče sádra. Tato sádra znázorňuje výchovu, ze které je tvořeno dítě. Dítě je trochu nižší postavy a vytvořeno sádrou (výchovou). Jméno sochy dítěte je bez názvu, protože zatím se nejedná o hotového člověka. Z úst mu také nic neteče, protože nemá do výchovy co mluvit . Rodiče samotní jsou vysocí a jejich materiál znázorňuje pevnost v přesvědčení i se všemi chybami, které na nich růst zanechal. Chyby jsou znázorněny vadami materiálu jako je rez nebo hrubě opracované dřevo. Chybovat je lidské a z těchto chybných/chybujících lidí se line výchova ze které bude jejich potomstvo. Ze sádrového dítěte jednou vyroste také hotový člověk a bude nejspíš přejímat chyby svých rodičů. Je už jen na nás zda li to dovolíme. Nikdo není dokonalý, ale nesmí kůli tomu trpět stvoření která za nic nemůže. (Nechci svým pojmenováním narážet na otázky genderu. Pojmenování jako Matka a Otec jsem zvolil kůli obecně nejběžnějšímu typu rodiny. Takto doufám zasáhne největší okruh diváků. Dílo je aplikovatelné na všechny typy rodin i na ty, kde je rodič pouze jeden, nebo je zastoupen vychovávateli.) 13 |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | Series of sculptures called The Familly is presenting itself as a mirror to common parenthood. In the serie we see three seperate statues, each of them is made of a different material. They look like three collums with a mouth like shaped hole that goes through its heads. The two bigger collums are the parents in this family One of them is made out od rusty metal with sharp edges and the other one is made out of ruoghly carved wood. Aside of their materials they look absolutly the same. The third smaller colum resembles the child which is pure white and made out of gibs. The child has also mouth like shaped hole. The bigger collums "The Parents" have somthing driping out of their mouth, the thing what is dripping is hardened gibs. Here the Gibs represents the way each parent raise ther children, the kid is made out of the gibs because the way we raise our children is the way how it is shaped and build. Its building blocks are words and deeds that parents do. The kid will inherit all of their faults and become person much like its parent but for now it is clean and pure. It is white, the ways that parent use to build their kid are also ment to be pure but parents are far from perfect - one of them is rusty and the other one is roughtly carwed. Inperfections are going to be molded in the person which parens are building together. I intentionly didnt sugestet which of the colums is which parent. I want for the wiever to decide, everyone has diferent rules and diferent wiev on their parents. To enlarge the sympathy with the kid the third collumn shall be named: Untiteled. Making the use of untitling the sculptures. Unnaming it means that it s not a comlete persou it has to grow up yet and has nothing to say to its own upbringing. The whole series is ment to be instaled as if on an old time family photographies. Parents standing proudly obove their pride, their kid which even doesnt know what is happening. It is standing stilll but you can tell that the pose on photo is heavily constructed. The same way our parents contructet our raising and the same we will construct the way we talk to our children. We will make some mistakes too when raising our children, nobody is perfect and that is how it goes. We can at least stop for a moment and try to realize what is that we are doing. Maybe, just maybe someone wil reconsider the way he is raising his children and realize what is needed to break the chain and become a better parent himself. |
